Macy’s/Bloomingdales

Green & Noblin has filed a class action lawsuit in the United States District Court against Macy’s, Inc. and its wholly-owned division, Bloomingdales, Inc., for their deceptive and misleading labeling and marketing of merchandise sold at their retail stores, including outlet stores, in California and Florida, and throughout the United States.

Nordstrom/Constellation Brands

If you are current holder of the stock of Nordstrom or Constellation Brands, you may have a claim against them. Green & Noblin is investigating claims of corporate waste and fraud vis-à-vis executive use of corporate assets for personal benefit.

Valley Forge
